A mostly local to Florida's Gulf Coast, Julie Kerwin Cumby knew 30A long before Truman Burbank put Seaside on the map. With an extensive background in marketing communications and brand strategy, Julie lived and worked internationally before returning to the beach in 2015 and entering real estate the following year.
