Kiley’s connection to the water runs deep. She previously worked in the marine industry with Brunswick Boats, traveling to prestigious boat shows in Miami, New York, and Toronto. Now, as she expands into yacht sales, she offers clients a seamless experience—whether they are searching for a home with dock access or looking to buy or sell a vessel.

Originally from Michigan, Kiley graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill before building a successful 12-year career in journalism at WVLT-TV in Knoxville. She is an identical twin, a married mother of six, and resides on Fort Loudon Lake in Farragut, TN. Her family also owns waterfront and coastal properties in Seagrove Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, giving her firsthand knowledge of the luxury home market in both regions.
